    At the current time, We only have an Office and workshop location at 34a Sunbeam Road, Glynde 5070

    We don't keep a large stock on hand because most of our projects are custom-made to order. This allows us to tailor each project to your specific needs and preferences. If you have a particular requirement, let us know, and we'll ensure it's handled with care and precision!

  • What’s the benefit with being with a supplier + designer?
    The advantage of working with both a supplier and designer is that we know our products inside and out. Since we manufacture much of it ourselves, we can guide you through every step of the process. This means you’ll always know exactly who to contact and when, with no runarounds or confusion. It’s a seamless experience from start to finish
  • What does lighting design cost?
    It’s a bit tricky to pin down with a single answer. We offer a range of project scopes and tiered packages to suit different needs, so we’re confident we can find the perfect fit for your project
  • I need a luminaire Repair or Warranty
    We are sorry to hear that, but we can defiantly help out. Our Service rate starts at $140+gst. Please email at sales@seerled.com.au with a Product Model and a Picture and well be in contact soon get your light back to working condition.
  • How long is your product warranty valid for?
    Our product warranty typically covers two (2) years from the date of purchase. Please refer to the Product Invoice or Data Sheets for specific details.
  • What should I do if I encounter an issue with a product under warranty?
    If you experience any issues with a product covered by our warranty, please contact our support team at sales@seerled.com.au. They will guide you through the warranty claim process.
